Kasper Hansen Posted June 13, 2007 Report Share Posted June 13, 2007 Hey Guys After an upgrade to the new relesed vers of pbxnsip i got an problem with Call Forward I have made an extention with no user registred with an Call Forward All: to an external moblie phone lets name the extention "13" when i call from an user agent to number "13" then is the Call Forward working fine and the mobile i ringning. but if i put the "13" in the Redirection target on an Agent Group then there is a lady saying You are not allowd to place this call. i have the same setup on a vers 2.0.2.1667 and there is it working fine. joeh Posted June 14, 2007 Report Share Posted June 14, 2007 Perhaps the agent groups base active membership on the registrations. Can you not use a static registration, e.g. "sip:0011111838383@mygateway.local" - that way the PBX sees a registration and forwards the call. The only thing I've been unsure of using this method is, if the gateway is a SIP Registration trunk, how to tell the registration to pass the appropriate credentials to the trunk.
