AlanS Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 Is there a way to forward calls that are not on the whitelist to an IVR? Also for blacklist too. Quote
Vodia PBX Posted January 10, 2022 Report Posted January 10, 2022 You could essentially set the SPAM score for everything to 100 and then use the address book to make exceptions. Quote
AlanS Posted January 10, 2022 Author Report Posted January 10, 2022 Interesting. I like the idea. Only problem, is under Handling of suspected spam callers, there is no option for Auto Attendant. Work arounds? Quote
Vodia PBX Posted January 11, 2022 Report Posted January 11, 2022 The other possibility might be in the auto attendant to redirect when the caller is in the address book and use a category in the address book to determine the forwarding condition. Quote
AlanS Posted January 11, 2022 Author Report Posted January 11, 2022 I saw in ring groups and call queues there is an option to send suspected spam callers to an IVR or another extension. I am going to play around with that. But, this feature by default would be an awesome addition. Ticket worthy? Quote
Vodia PBX Posted January 11, 2022 Report Posted January 11, 2022 I would say it would be worth adding the possibility to redirect when it is not in the address book. Quote
AlanS Posted January 11, 2022 Author Report Posted January 11, 2022 ahhh. That's really good. The address book IS the whitelist. Lets get it added! lol. Quote
