Friedom-Tech Posted December 1, 2008 Report Share Posted December 1, 2008 i have tried many times to use the outbound option from my cell however when i enter the number of the destination i want to call it tells me every time "the call cannot be established" i know the numbers are going through becuase i see the DTMF signals in the logfile but after that it cannot connect and i am not sure why...any help please? I guess you have a dial plan? Turn SIP logging on - maybe there is something being rejected from the PSTN gateway. I use this feature practically every day and it works fine for me... I use this feature practically every day and it works fine for me... i have also used this feature many times with no issues. i am not using this as a calling card account i have people who have extension numbers calling into the system with the immediate prompt to make an outbound call...they have the regular dial plan in the system from what they use when they are in the office at their desks! i will try sip logging please let me know if yo have any other ideas Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yes, it would be very interesting to see what response the PSTN returned. Looks like that is the reason why the call gets terminated.
