Telephonetic LLC
We are unable to find how to prepend the tech prefix to the dialed number as instructed by Flowroute per Flowroute's instructions. Notice there is an * between the tech prefix and the number in the example that shows the expected dialed number. Please advise how and where to do so: IP Authentication If you want to use IP-based authentication for your outbound calls, define your outbound allowed IPs below and configure your phone system to prepend the tech prefix to the dialed number as shown in the examples below. Format should be {tech_prefix}*{country_code}{phone_number}@{sip_proxy} SIP Proxy us-west-or.sip.flowroute.com Tech Prefix 12341234 Example: NANPA (USA) - +1 (310) 555-1234 12341234*13105551234@us-west-or.sip.flowroute.com Example: International (France) - +33 1 5871 1234 12341234*33158711234@us-west-or.sip.flowroute.com
Vodia PBX
You could put something {domain-param1}*{local-uri-number}@us-west-or.sip.flowroute.com in the request-URI header setting for the trunk. Then you can use the generic domain parameter for each tenant as the prefix.
