Friedom-Tech Posted December 19, 2008 Report Share Posted December 19, 2008 Hi; i got a frantic call from a client yesterday claiming that all phones were down. upon logging into the system i noticed that it said "this product is not licensed" after ensuring that the dongle was in firmly i proceeded to restart the pbx service as that was the only way for it to "reallize" the license was there! i hope this wont happen again but bringing it to your attention to make sure this is not an issue in the future.
