RichardDCG Posted April 5 Report Share Posted April 5 V68.0.24 - Using the Windows app or a web browser to manage and monitor queues doesn't seem to work with the 'Live' filter. Calls only register after they complete ... which would then just be the 'Today' filter. we would like to see current live data who is on a call and direction etc.. Selecting the Total, In, Out, Missed etc just shows the CDR's for all calls not filtered. The Agent's look like they can be selected but nothing happens.
