pbxuser911
Is it possible that when someone calls my extension and the phone call gets trasferred to my cell phone and i press 1 to accept it during the phone call, can i press a command (like ##) and have an option to dial an extension of another user on the domain? so lets just say, you get a call on your cell since you have it set up to redirect to your cell phone, then while ont he phone you want to bring up the user at extension 523, can you press ##523 and it will confrence to that extension? if not, can the system do any commands after it redirected the caller to that extension? We already ran into the ## idea when calling back from the mailbox (that is a common feature when calling back from the mailbox). So far the idea to use ## when the cell phone got called is new. And we should also know what the use case it - sounds like you want to transfer a call to a someone else, and then the next question is on how that transfer should work.
