kgroup Posted January 8, 2009 Report Share Posted January 8, 2009 Hi I a receptionist that receive all calls, I need to setup an AA after hours. I configured a Service Flag account and AA account. But I don't know what can I do to this AA work. The receptionist extension is the number 100. All trunks account go to this extension.
