jvoiptel Posted February 1 Report Share Posted February 1 I had the same issue. The mobile apps are quite simplistic and lack business-grade features. The only solution I found was to create a conference room account, set it as ad-hoc, and then blind-transfer your caller to that account. In iPhone press Add Call to make the second call while on the line. To merge calls,;tap merge calls after they are linked. In Android to place a second call while on a call, touch Add Call.
