PCS Posted May 15 Report Share Posted May 15 Hi, we are moving away from 3CX, and have a number of customers that have already setup and recorded their own personalised greetings and auto attendant messages, we have now got the wav files, but from looking around the gui I have found a place to upload them, but when I go back to auto attendant there is no way to pick a custom wav file, only select the pre-defined messages, I dont really want to go back to them and say "those recordings you spent all that money one, cant be used. Vernon Posted May 15 Report Share Posted May 15 You should be able to upload messages to the attendant, i don't think you can modify the standard default under Direct Destinations, but page you'd want to upload is under IVR. Should be at the top of the page when editing an attendant. You should see two links, "Edit" and "IVR" under IVR, you can upload "override for default".
