6 Minute Sample margins of error

This call log comes from a CS410 with 4 ANALOG lines and two active users. Also attached is the performance call graph. It's not possible that this system could make 6 calls. Is this a sampling error? No big Deal as we don't use or promote this as a useful graph, but knowing this exist might lead in subtle improvements..

No, the blue line is the number of call legs. Usually one call equals two call legs. The red line is the number of calls, and in that graph the maximum was three calls.

I need to say I REALLY like this graph.

 

A way to understand call legs is to watch the calls line on the status screen:

Calls: 53/3 (CDR: 59) 2/4 Calls

 

then click on the "calls" page to line up.

 

The nice thing is we can see it.
