Second call to extension number

Is there anything like a queue for an extension ?

When the extension is busy, the caller might have the option to wait ?

On the screen of the extension it shows that there is another call waiting ?

 

Of course the workaround for this is to use one Agent Group per extension but that is diffult to manage.

 

Please advise....

There is a "camp on" feature available on the PBX. Not sure that would be sufficient for your case.
