Call disconnected when put on hold

We made some setup changes to our installation and can't work out why we now have this issue. When we put a call that comes down a trunk from our ITSP it gets disconnected. We can put internal calls on hold fine.

 

Any suggestions?

The call gets disconnected immediately or after a timeout? Sounds like a SIP problem on the trunk side... Can you filter the SIP packets to the IP address of the trunk and attach them here?
