Bill H
I have attached a wav file to let you hear the sound of Joe's voice.. It sounds a little like Darth Vader. Does anyone know what this sound is an indication of? Once he did a power reset on his phone (Aastra 57i) the trouble went away. I myself have also experienced this and had to reset my phone too. Any ideas????? 095550_o_258_225.wav

Any ideas????? mmmmmmm, we got the exact same thing, exacte, we've found taht a device was installed on the network (online faxe service) on a local dedicated machine. When it was turned off the problem stopted. It might have been a pure coincidence but since we move the PBX installation to a dedicated Internet service we never had it back. do a sharktrace if you can, you might find very interesting things... hope this helps
Vodia PBX
It sounds a little like Darth Vader. One side was extremly loud. If you look at the WAV you see the signal jumping from one edge to the other. Maybe a temporary freak out of the audio subsystem.
