pbxuser911
I try and set an external number in the following format (212)212-2121 for when theuser input is 9 and the caller gets a message saying "were sorry but your not allowed to place this if you want to use another extension for placing this call please enter the extension number now" what can be the problem here? pbxuser911
after digging into this, seems as it is a bug the problem is that when i put in a 10 digit phone number in the destination number it changes the format from 2122121212 to (212)212-1212 and therefor it doesnt match the dialplan

We need to fix that. Workaround is a little bit difficult. But I believe you can trick the JavaScript by entering the number without brackets, don't leave the input field just press enter (that would be another bug, but not so serious).
