aleprevost Posted July 21, 2009 Report Posted July 21, 2009 Hello. I have taken over a PBXnSIP system and urgently have to setup an IVR Node. This will go something like this: Welcome to Whoever Company. For Reservations, please press 1. For Event enquiries, please press 2. For Shopping, please press 3. For Travel, please press 4. For all other enquiries please press 5. Once a button is pressed, it will redirect to a 3 digit extention, another IVR node or hunt group. I have been looking through the forums and the new "Professional Services" site to try and find the syntex required for the DTMF match list, but everything that talks about the IVR Node points to http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/IVR_Node - which no longer exists. If anyone has a copy of the page then can they please let me know! Many thanks. Andrew. Quote
