Tschili Posted September 7, 2007 Report Share Posted September 7, 2007 Hello, i have a problem with the Exchange 2007 & External Voicemail. I have make the setting like the manuel from PBXNSIP. And now my problem. 1. I call a number, it's call 20 secend (like setting) then pbxnsip mailbox ist coming. But i have setting, the call will routing ti external Mailbox. 2. When a call a number where is not registriered or busy, then exchange 2007 UM is coming. This is perfekt. Can anyone help me. Vodia PBX Posted September 7, 2007 Report Share Posted September 7, 2007 Hmm. Does the phone send a redirect message to the PBX? You can try changing the mailbox pickup timeout to 15 seconds, so that the PBX will redirect the call to the mailbox, not the phone. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
