Bill H
Hey Bill H, it would be great if can please tell me how you did to save the CDR reports in .csv files, I got a little bit confused with the these instructions here http://pbxnsipsupport.com/index.php?_m=kno...kbarticleid=389 Regards, Thiago Sure. The manual says: "In order to generate CDR files on the local disk in this format, (.CSV) you have to configure Admin->Settings->CDR URL as file:disk. " So go to the area indicated: Admin->Settings->CDR URL and type this in file:csv and save it. If you look in C:\Program Files\pbxnsip\PBX\cdr you will see individual folders for each days call records in .CSV format. Note: The folder will not appear until there has been at least one call made on that particular day. The other info in the manual pertains to how you want the folders to be saved. By the day or by the hour. If you only want a simple daily report, use the default setting: $c/$m/$d Hope this helps. Bill H
