Tim Rudy Posted September 24, 2007 Report Share Posted September 24, 2007 I have several trunks running with no outbound problems. Some trunks are Sip Registrations and some are SIP Gateway. All are multi-channel. I have been receiving calls from providers which use SIP registrations with no issues. I ported some numbers to a provider which uses the SIP Gateway method, added the DID's to the appropriate extensions and auto attendants and the calls are not being routed within pbxnsip. A quick check of the log file with level 9 turned on, indicates "Received incoming call without trunk information and user has not been found" What am I doing wrong?
