polycom2080 Posted September 17, 2010 Report Share Posted September 17, 2010 i am haveing an issue if i add an ext to watch on both Watch the calls of the following extensions Watch the presence of the following extensions then when the ext that i watch gets a call i would hear a MWI beet so i have tried to only set up under Watch the calls of the following extensions then i cant use the option to grab a call based on BLF (*87>ext ) please explain what is the different of both Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
