We have a snom phone that is used for client surveys and the one key is very close to mute and when they acidently mute the phone and coninue to press 1 or 2 the call will soon disconect. Also the DTMF is not reconized when the mic is muted. I don't have this problems with our Polycom phones. I experiencing this problems with Snom 320 and 300 firmware 6.5.12

hello

i have done that but i do not receive any input to my soap url program...

one observation i have noted with this new version 2 is that whenever i use a variable input matching string such as the one provided above, neither the program takes it nor do i move to another node..

but if i make a constant match string such as !1!75! then the program reads it and even if i dont have any soap program url, when i press 1, i am taken to node 75...

do u know how i can make the variable match string work as well?

Initially when dtmf's were not stopped during mute, it was reported as a bug and had to be urgently fixed. I don't think it should be reverted because some people hit the mute key instead of the '1' key. Otherwise people who really want everything stopped on mute (which is the right way) will complain.
