Marc-Andre Dufault Posted December 2, 2010 Report Share Posted December 2, 2010 Hello, I was doing training on a new system yesterday and find a problem with the wac. When receiving calls from either direct from the trunk or from an AA the call transfer is going fine. When receving a call from the hunt group and trying to transfer the call, it is doing something strange, the incoming call is getting disconnected and 2 extensions are connected together.
