pbx support Posted May 12, 2011 Report Share Posted May 12, 2011 You can't change the 'From' header to show anything special. But if you create a co-line for that trunk and put that co-line as a button(virtual key) on the phone, then you will see that button light-up when the call comes on that trunk.
