add more cdr fields to .csv cdr

related to CDR Url: how do i add more fields to the cdr if I am using the "file:disk" destination for my cdr? I want the cdr output to .csv but I want more fields (ie=call quality metrics, co line, etc) in the cdr.

Currently there is a global setting called "cdr_call_quality_report" to control the writing of quality metrics to the csv file. By default it is set to false. You can set this value to true and you should have the quality metrics in you cdr. But, co line info is not available. We will have to add that as a feature so that you can get them.
