in pbx we can retrive the calllog like dialled/Missed/Received, but

customer is not happy to take call log in pbx frequently.

it should automatically go and store in a separate folder( should be in

text/xml/word format) . so that whenever

we equire we can retive calls logs. is this option is available without separate CDR tool.

I've actually written a little (quite hacky) vb script to take the CDR logs and put them into an MS-SQL (MSDE) database, so you can pull them out via queries. I then take these and put them into an email and send them to the domain administrator. I'd be happy to share it (but there's no support :rolleyes: )

Have you tried the new feature where it sends out a daily report of the CDR's in an email message? It comes in handy to get a snapshot of what happened the day before. There is a pbxnsip CDR Tool product as well that is available that can uses mysql/apache/.php to manage the CDR's. Contact sales@pbxnsip.com for the details.
