Robby Posted July 24, 2011 Report Share Posted July 24, 2011 Hello when i send a call to extension i see the CID name on the Address Book, but if i send the call on the hunt group i lose the CID name, why?? The PBX has a domain address book (which the hunt group is using), and it has extension address books. Problem could be in this area. Also there are settings in the hunt group (and also in the agent group) on how the PBX should present the call. Background information: Some people want to see the name of the hunt group in the display and dont care so much about the caller-ID. So the hunt group has a settings for that ("From-Header"). Robby Posted July 26, 2011 Author Report Share Posted July 26, 2011 Thank you, i created a global address book and in a Trunk i set in From-Header: Group Name ( calling Name ) and i don't see the name.
