philg Posted September 5, 2011 Report Share Posted September 5, 2011 Snomone plus. New Install. I am unable to register using license key provided in book. I put it in on the license page and save it but my status still shows no license. I am connected to the internet so I don't understand why it will not register. I really didn't need this error because I need this system up and running by Friday and this getting really frustrating. Any help would be greatly appreciated. snomuk Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 Can you confirm under the network connections active settings that you have a Default Route and DNS propagation. If the box is unable to connect to our server it will fail to grab the key. Once entered it will not try to look up again so i suggest altering the capitalization of the key. I have Internet connection and was able to ping from the device. After I type in the license key from the back of the book, the license status is still saying "No license".
