Can you take a look at how much memory is in use before you restart it next time? How busy is the system? i.e. how many calls and how many registered users. Are you using TLS/TCP? The status screen would be helpful. Are you restarting it because it is not responding to SIP requests? Is the web responsive?

I noticed that with the recent 4.2.1.4025 version the webpage becomes very unresponsive after some time without restart (approx. 3-4 weeks) and aswell will have a very number of registration losses if you're running TLS (Win32). From the Tastmanager it behaves fine, RAM is below 80 MB in a ~40 user environment and the CPU idles somewhere below 5%.

40 user environment is relatively small and based on the what we have seen, .4025 can run without any reboots for a long time.

Are these devices running remotely or on the same network as the snomONE? If they are coming behind some routers, we have seen cases where connections being dropped at the router level too.

If you have set up the nightly admin email for the system status, you can see if any anomalies over that 3-4 weeks period.

Send this line along from the status screen next time it gets sluggish. The number of SIP threads would be of interest.

Number of HTTP sessions: Sessions: PAC=0, HTTP=2; Threads: SIP=0, HTTP=6

The devices are running in a local network environment (Gbit, managed VLANs and QoS) except for about 5 ones which are connected via VPN, and it seems that there must be some differences between 4.2.1.4025 and 4.3.0.5005 where we don't notice this behaviour.

I'm already in touch with the Support people regarding that issue (20110907666 and 20110901226), and we'll wait for the next 4.3.0.x upgrade to follow up with it :)
