pbx support Posted September 15, 2011 Report Share Posted September 15, 2011 PBX tries to find if the "number you transferred to" present in the system. If not, it will try to route the call over to PSTN using the dialplan rule. If nothing works, then it will hangup. It is very similar to picking up the phone and dialing a unknown number.
