transfer a call to ext that dos not exist

Hi

if I transfer a call to a wrong ext that dos not exist the call will hangup , is their a way that it should ring back on my phone or go back to step 1 that the call started ?

PBX tries to find if the "number you transferred to" present in the system. If not, it will try to route the call over to PSTN using the dialplan rule. If nothing works, then it will hangup. It is very similar to picking up the phone and dialing a unknown number.
