disconnect00
Hi, I'm using snom free for VoIP assignment. I created a callcentric trunk and it worked in inbound traffic: 1 soft phone using callcentric's SIP number can call to my snom's auto attendant and then I can make call to extensions in my domain. However, when I call callcentric number from the extension in snom, it didn't work and displayed that "Failed to establish call". Is there something wrong with my trunk or my dial plan? Thank you all for reading.
Vodia PBX
There is a old link for callcentric here: http://kiwi.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Callcentric, it is a little outdated I believe, but probably still useful. You probably have to change the remote party indication, see http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=SIP_Registrations (item #29).
disconnect00
Sorry for the late reply, looks like it's not working. Here's my setting and I'm using X-lite
Vodia PBX
Well I guess the problem is not callcentric (at least at this point), it is that user 1001 does not have a dial plan assigned. See the last line of the last screen shot.
disconnect00
um, I have set up dial plan but the same error occurs. Could you please tell me how to fix this? Since extensions map to dial plans, dial plans should be set up before extensions Do I have to do this?
Vodia PBX
um, I have set up dial plan but the same error occurs. Could you please tell me how to fix this? Do I have to do this? No, you can also set up the dial plan after the extension, but obviously you need to assign it either on domain level or on extension level.
