Outgoing call to callcentric

Hi, I'm using snom free for VoIP assignment. I created a callcentric trunk and it worked in inbound traffic: 1 soft phone using callcentric's SIP number can call to my snom's auto attendant and then I can make call to extensions in my domain. However, when I call callcentric number from the extension in snom, it didn't work and displayed that "Failed to establish call". Is there something wrong with my trunk or my dial plan?
