jmbjmbjmb Posted November 19, 2011 Report Share Posted November 19, 2011 Hi, Snom ONE Soho running 2011-4.3.0.5012 (Linux) When an additional audio folder (audio_uk) is loaded into the snomone directory, it fails to show in the admin GIU (admin/settings/general) The only options are English and Italian (even if the Italian folder is removed) Services restart has no effect. If you rename the audio_uk folder to audio_it (after removing the original audio_it folder) and then select Italian as the default IVR language and Tone Language, this will allows the use of the UK prompts....works, but not ideal....
