J-TEL Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 Hi, we have a SnomOne Yellow over a patton gateway. On making an outdial, our telephones did not play a normal ringtone. The patton gateway is signalling correctly the "RINGING". On calling a mobile phone, no ring tone is played, on calling a national number there are three tones, then a little pause. pbx support Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 I assume depending on who is playing the ringback, you are seeing different issues. On the PBX under the trunk, there is a setting called "force local ringback". If you set that then PBX will play the ringback to the caller.
