Incoming Call Does Not Disconnect

I am running SnomOne Free on a Windows 32Bit box with a Sangoma B600 board and Net Border Express.


Got most things up and running, but if a call is received over PSTN it can be answered but if the caller ends the call, Net Border Express still shows the call as connected until the line is physically disconnected from the PSTN (by unplugging). This is in the UK, so I understand that British Telecom analogue lines do not use battery to disconnect but a disconnect tone. Ticking or unticking all options in NBE for disconnect call do not seem to work.


Any tips?
