SFX Group Posted May 13, 2012 Report Share Posted May 13, 2012 Hi, I did an upgrade to the latest fm on a SNOM 360 to 8.3.7.3, slowed the phone down (had 0Mb free), rolled it back to v8.4.35 then i upgraded SNOM to the latest, now i have no soft buttons on the phones, all 4 buttons dont show and just says "snom.com". This is fine, however i cant access any missed calls or call history, i have to log in to the phone from a webpage. Did SNOM break this feature? SFX Group Posted May 14, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 14, 2012 did a phone reset from the webpage, it booted (saw the soft buttons for 1 second) it booted again and loaded the update, then booted again and now there back.
