Ganesh Posted January 10, 2008 Report Share Posted January 10, 2008 We have version 2.1.2.2292 (Win32) which is installed in the LAN. The domain is created as "localhost". The LAN IP is natted to a public IP. Phones within the LAN are using the natted IP as registrar and getting registered to the PBX. The phones outside the office are using this public IP to register. The phones at some office are registering with the PBX. But in the PBX trace for registered phones, we see Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 0.0.0.0:1040 and Contact: <sip:109@0.0.0.0:1040>. Is this normal? Why is it not displaying the IP address? Registered trace is given below. But at some offices the phones are not registering. There is no firewall in the network. The customer also has a PBX on direct public IP at a different location. If they try registering the same phones to the PBX that is on direct IP it is registering. The same phones are not registering to natted IP. Below is the logs taken from the phone. What could be the problem?
