Cannot acvitate Eval license

Hi,

 

I have been trying to get a SIP trunk to register but to no avail. It was only when i went to check the logs that I noticed that the error "cannot send packet: No license."

 

I am running snom one on Ubuntu Server 32 bit.

 

I have selected evaluation license and clicked save but I just get the same screen asking me to select license type.

I have tried in IE and Firefox with same results.

 

Any ideas?

Hi, Can you post the whole trace? you can turn up the logging to level 8 on all the items.

 

Also you can try some troubleshooting as well.

 

1. Restart the service.

2. uninstall and re-install the software.

3. Try to log in from a different computer and try to active the free license.

4. try Google chrome.
