Ian@pondgroup Posted July 5, 2012 Report Share Posted July 5, 2012 Hi, I have been trying to get a SIP trunk to register but to no avail. It was only when i went to check the logs that I noticed that the error "cannot send packet: No license." I am running snom one on Ubuntu Server 32 bit. I have selected evaluation license and clicked save but I just get the same screen asking me to select license type. I have tried in IE and Firefox with same results. Any ideas? Vodia support Posted July 5, 2012 Report Share Posted July 5, 2012 Hi, Can you post the whole trace? you can turn up the logging to level 8 on all the items. Also you can try some troubleshooting as well. 1. Restart the service. 2. uninstall and re-install the software. 3.
