nasman
Hi All, I am using 2011-4.5.0.1050 Coma Berenicids (Win64) I have a silly problem that is causing me to tear my hair out. I have multiple SIP gateways - all tied to a specific number. (They are Gradwell numbers) We point them from our voip provider to the Snom One in the following manner:(They are all form one provider) sip:0203XXXXXXX@216.X.X.X sip:0208XXXXXXXX@216.X.X.X etc The numbers all have 11 digits. The Snom One refuses to recognise them as different and send them to the required extensions?? If I disable them and leave just one (could be any of them) - it behaves as it should routing to the correct extension. I know I am doing something blaringly wrong - I have already spent the whole day on this... Please - Any help would be appreciated. Thanks NAS

Vodia PBX
What did you put into the trunk setting "Send call to extension"? There is a wiki page on this topic, http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Routing_a_Call_to_the_Proper_Extension. Does that page help you? nasman
Yes - That has helped - I removed the extension from - Send call to extension and added the ANI to the actual extensions Thanks!
