andrewgroup Posted January 23, 2008 Report Share Posted January 23, 2008 The ability to create a test account that can be programmed to make a scheduled call to validate an ITSP's ability to make and take calls. As a service provide, the complement to the test box account would be a test box reciever. A remote PBX could call an AA enter a test box account and the two systems could exchange some formalities to validate each was able to send a receive a call.
