Smuu Posted October 4, 2012 Report Share Posted October 4, 2012 Ich kann zwar unter Rufumleitung meine Handy-Nummer in der snomONE hinterlegen, aber wenn tatsächlich ein Anruf weitergeleitet wird, dann sehe ich nur meine eigene Büronummer im Display. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Nummer des Anrufers bei der Weiterleitung mit zu geben? Wenn ich nämlich unterwegs denn Anruf verpasse, dann kann ich nur auf Umwegen in Erfahrung bringen, wer mich denn da jetzt eigentlich erreichen wollte. Vodia PBX Posted October 4, 2012 Report Share Posted October 4, 2012 Das Thema Rufnummernanzeige ist ein sehr leidiges Thema und leider kein Ruhmesblatt für den SIP "Standard", der hier nämlich sehr unverbindlich ist. Deswegen haben wir nach Jahren in den sauren Apfel gebissen und die SIP-Header Darstellung enorm flexibilisiert. Leider ist es ein Risiko beim Update auf 4.5 dass man da wahrscheinlich die Trunk-Einstellungen anfassen muss und wieder rumfummeln bis es funktioniert. Ich würde dennoch zum Upgrade raten, da 4.5 wirklich eine riesige Menge an Verbesserungen bringt, und abgesehen von den Trunks sind die Upgrades soweit eher unproblematisch verlaufen. Wenn es Probleme gibt, würde ich die Trunk-Einstellungen auf "No Indication" stellen (keine besondere Anzeige der Nummer) und wir können dann über HTTP-Login von snom aus helfen, die optimalen Einstellungen zu ermitteln. Ich versuche mal anschaulich darzustellen, wie es hier vor Ort aussieht: M-net (regionaler Telefonanbieter) ---> ISDN (x3) ---> Patton 4638 ---> snom ONE Plus ---> snom821 (x15) Ich weiß nicht genau, was der Patton aus den ganzen Header-Informationen macht, bevor er alles auf die ISDN-Leitungen drauf schmeisst, aber ich bin mir zumindest sicher, das ISDN keine prinzipielle Hürde für die Lösung darstellt. Einem Update stehe ich an aich auch ganz positiv gegenüber, allerdings muss ich den mehraufwand natürlich vor meinem Vorgesetzten vertreten können, also werd ich mir mal die "Patch Notes" zu Gemüte führen. Vielleicht kann ich noch ein paar überzeugende Punkte zusammen tragen. Wenn ich da antanze und sage, ich müsste ein Update machen und danach erstmal etwas rumfummeln, dann kommt das logischerweise nicht so gut an. Es gibt hier zwei Möglichkeiten: 1) Backup, dann bei der derzeitigen Version die verschiedenen Optionen (RFC3325, No Indication, ...) kurz durprobieren. Das dauert 10 Minuten in birgt keine Gefahren in sich. Wenn das nicht zum gewünschten Ergebnis führt, kurze Recherche welche Settings in Deutschland mit Patton und snom ONE funktionieren (z.B. http://forum.snomone.com/index.php?/topic/4836-conf-patton-4552-with-snom-one/) back up machen, Vorgesetzten informieren, Upgrade einspielen (Executable austauschen), und die Settings probieren. 4.5 bringt eine Menge Features die die Produktivität der Mitarbeiter erhöhen . Smuu Posted October 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 8, 2012 So, ein Telefonat mit unserem Telefonanbieter hab ich schon hinter mir. Von deren Seite ist wohl alles richtig eingerichtet. Allerdings wurde mir auch gesagt, das wir aktuell für die Anrufsignalisierung den B-Kanal verwenden und eigentlich den D-Kanal verwenden sollten. Ist das schon etwas, was ich im Patton konfigurieren muss, oder kann das Problem auch an der snom ONE Plus hängen? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ich habe von Patton in dieser Richtung aber bisher nur Gutes gehört, inkl. Support. Ich würde die einfach mal fragen, und sicher können die auch genau sagen was auf SIP-Ebene signalisiert werden muss. snom ONE kann das dann umsetzen. Nach einem kompletten Tag verzweifelter Konfigurationsbemühungen und schließlich einem weitern Anruf beim Telefonanbieter musste ich nun feststellen, das CNS (CLIP no screening) gar nicht aktiviert war und mich der erste Mitarbeiter entweder aus Langeweile oder Unfähigkeit falsch informiert hatte. Also werde ich CNS jetzt beantragen und mich dann nochmal melden. Bei Interesse kann ich dann auch eine Funktionierende Patton-Konfig posten. "Map incoming 3-stellig"), dann muss man das überall in der Konfig tun! Natürlich muss man das auch nicht im PATTON konfigurieren, sondern kann das auch gleich in der snomONE Konfig tun.
