Update Audio files on SnomONE mini

Hi all,

if I try to update from the web interface the audio files (Audio_it) of my snomeONE mini it fails.

 

In the log file I find: "software update error: your OS snome ONE mini is not part of swupdate process".

 

Why?

 

PS: I have recently upgraded the OS to 5.02 but it seems that I need another license:

From that page, select a "bundle" and go through the checkout process.

 

In a different thread, it was said that mini & SoHo owners that wish to upgrade can request a 50% discount off of the v5 license.

It was not clear that a new (not free) license would be needed.

How can I downgrade my sonomOne mini OS to the ver 4.5?

As long as you did not change your configuration, it should be possible for you to downgrade to version 4.5. For this, you need to use the "upgrade" URL (ending in .xml) and put that into the software upgrade field in the PBX.

 

As usual, it is a good idea to backup your working directory of the PBX to avoid unpleasant surprises if anything goes into a direction that you did not anticipate.
