Free licence not working

everytime i try a free license not getting activated and get the result below....

Hi ,

 

I m speechless...i can access ssh my ip address 208.69.xx.xx but when i make ifconfig i get

i hided my ip address

 

also to add i m using a VPS hosting

Yes, that is the problem. The hardware has no MAC. Maybe your hosting provider has a venet option, which has a MAC.

 

For hosting purposes we provide a different kind of license that is bound to the IP address of the server, not sure if that's an option for you (this is a rental model). If you want to host for third parties, you would have to go this route anyway as the CPE licenses don't support hosting.

I received my free activation code and my sstem does not recognize it either.

Please check after you login to snomone.com under your account what licenses you have. It is not enough just to set up a system, you must also have a bundle associated with it. If you want to use the free version, you have to put that one in the cart and then check out. Then after completing the checkout, you should see the bundle under your system in the account/license page.
