AG1 Posted May 7, 2013 Report Share Posted May 7, 2013 Finally got some help upgrading to the newest version of Sangoma firmware and 5 hours later with a lot of help from Snom support we found that if we alter the audio level in the gateway manager PSTN Config tab it wont let us dial out of the office. We tried every possible configuration and the only one that worked were the default audio level settings. Anyone else have this problem or am I just the lucky one?
