FalconTech Posted May 10, 2013 Report Share Posted May 10, 2013 we have a customer who called us today saying that their hosted snom system on more than one occasion would get stuck in a loop and continue to call out. Example they called a customer of theirs and when the conversation ended the calling party hung up but then reported that they continued to get calls from the user but nobody was there and the phone where the call was coming from the user was not calling. anyone seen any behavior like this? Vodia PBX Posted May 10, 2013 Report Share Posted May 10, 2013 I remember we had such problems with Polycom phones a couple of years ago when the Re-INVITE came after the call was already disconnected. Then the PBX has no way to see that this is a INVITE inside of an existing dialog, and would consider it a new call. It you could get a PCAP trace it would be very helpful to nail this one.
