quentin74
Hello, I have a mini SnomONE in v5.0.9 and I love the downgrade in v4.5 I tried with the web interface but it does not work, then nothing loading ... Is this possible? Thank you in advance
Vodia PBX
Before you upgrade, it is always a good idea to make a backup; even on the snom ONE mini. Downgrading is possible, however you will loose the passwords as they are encrypted in V5 and they are not in V4 (if I remember correctly). Vodia PBX
You can use the following link to "upgrade" your system: version4.5.1.xml, this should actually work with the mini as well as with other operating systems.
quentin74
It's OK But how to choose the Windows System during upgrade and have the right working directory? Thank.
Vodia PBX
The PBX chooses the right OS by itself. The XML file contains all necessary links.

Ok, so why do I have this "working directory" (Linux) and I am on Windows Seven Pro ?
Vodia PBX
You cannot upgrade a computer that is running Linux to Windows. Or maybe I don't understand the question?
Marc-Andre Dufault
Actually you are not copying the link but cliking on it. Just right click the link to the upgrade, select copy shortcut and paste it in your upgrade page in the web interface of snom one. The it will work Marc-Andre
