Hello,

I have the following problem:

On the incoming calls of one trunk to our numbers we are not receiving the 00 international prefix, only the number without 00.

Is there a way to add 00 prefix for an incoming trunk/IP by using a dial plan or some other setting?

Thanks,

Gergely

For this we have the setting "Rewrite global numbers" in the trunk. If you set the set the country code in the domain right, then the PBX should automatically translate that number into the right format.

Hi,

I try to rewrite, but till now i had no luck.

In any case what i get is without 00, as my did providers are sending us the calls, some others are sending in the right format.

Can you give an example for the following:

I get a call from 36709999999 which i need to display on my phone as the call from is (CallerID) 0036709999999.

Thanks,

Gergely

I just checked the packets, the incoming is like this:

SIP User Part

sip:36709999999@sip.domain.hu:5060;user=phone

PAI sip:36702541171@sipc4.datanet.hu;user=phone

SIP PAI User Part 36702541171

Here the SIP from address User Part is 36709999999 which i need to transfer when we recieve incoming calls.

Thanks,

Gergely
