viptelekom Posted May 29, 2013 Report Posted May 29, 2013 Hello, I have the following problem: On the incoming calls of one trunk to our numbers we are not receiving the 00 international prefix, only the number without 00. Is there a way to add 00 prefix for an incoming trunk/IP by using a dial plan or some other setting? Thanks, Gergely Quote
Vodia PBX Posted May 29, 2013 Report Posted May 29, 2013 For this we have the setting "Rewrite global numbers" in the trunk. If you set the set the country code in the domain right, then the PBX should automatically translate that number into the right format. Quote

In any case what i get is without 00, as my did providers are sending us the calls, some others are sending in the right format. Can you give an example for the following: I get a call from 36709999999 which i need to display on my phone as the call from is (CallerID) 0036709999999. Thanks, Gergely Quote
