comspec Posted June 13, 2013 Report Share Posted June 13, 2013 I have setup the snomone v 5.0.10a (Win64) so that it call a hunt group then hits an extension (40). The extension under the rediction tab has incoming anonymous calls set to 'Reject Call' but it doesn't. Is there a step or procedure missing to make sure that all anonymous calls are reject? If we would have to do screening for a hunt group, then everyone in the hunt group would have to listen to the recording, producing lots of race conditions with accepting the call Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
