We are trying to record a call when the call comes in on a trunk and goe's out on a trunk to a forwarded number.

Is this supported and or does anyone have this feature working.All other recording's work's for incoming call to trunk and the call stay's on the original trunk. It's when the call forward's to an external number programmed on the system.

 

Any info in this regard would be appreciated. Please let me know.
