ikkaro Posted March 4, 2008 Report Posted March 4, 2008 Hi all, I've configured a PBX and all seems work well except voice mail, we use two phone models Linksys and Cisco. With Linksys all works correctly but with Cisco I've the next problem getting access to voice mail: 1. Cisco Model 7912 2, Getting access to VoiceMail *97 works well. 3. It's the first time that I access to the VoiceMail on that extension and I can listen the record voice asking me if I want to record a message. (Press 1 to record, Press 2 to record another time) 3.1. If I press 1 nothing happens. 3.2. If I press 2 nothing happens. Can anyone tell me something about this problem? I've searched the wiki and the forum but i can't find a solution. Thanks. Quote
Vodia PBX Posted March 7, 2008 Report Posted March 7, 2008 Oh that sounds like there is a problem with DTMF. Do you have the INVITE from the 7912? Turn logging of "other messages" on and set the log level to 7, then you should be able to see it. Quote
