Since the Snom One installation is older than the phones, there are no provisioning templates for the 710... Is it possible to get that from somewhere else? Download them somewhere? Vodia support Posted October 9, 2013 Report Share Posted October 9, 2013 4.5 does not support 710 plug and play unfortunately this unit came out after 4.5 If this is urgent, I would encourage you to purchase version 5, under http://www.snomone.com/versions " Premium 5 bundle" if that's what you require? This will include future update for version 5 bug fixes and new features.
