Frans Princen
Hi, I have installed snom One. I registered my Snom M9 phones, I can see the registration from my webinterface, all four are green. I registered my SIP trunk. I can see calls coming in on the screen but no phone is ringing, yes there's a default extension for incoming calls. I cannot dial from my M9 phones either... What did I do wrong ? Frans Princen
It looks like it's a M9 base problem. I can't get in touch with the webinterface anymore neither does http://[fe80::204:13ff:fe30:134f]/ work... Any ideas.?
Frans Princen
Problems solved... seemed to be an ipv6 problem and old firmware
Vodia PBX
Thanks for the updates. Yes, dual stack operation IPv4 and IPv6 can be challenging.
Frans Princen
One problem remains though; I can't dial out from my M9's. Trunk is set to inbound and outbound but since the trunk doesn't receive any data I think i misconfigured one or the other. Can yoy give me some suggestions where to look ? Calls within the office are ok.
Vodia PBX
Do other phones work? Are the m9 extensions using the standard dial plan of the domain?
Frans Princen
There are no other phones we all use the M9 and they are using the standard dial plan and that's the same as we used with our pbxnsip...
Vodia PBX
Probably the problem is then on the trunk side. The SIP headers probably need to be tweaked. What service provider are you using? Try to use "No indication" on the drop down box for the caller-ID presentation, that pretty much behaves like a soft phone. Frans Princen
I changed the settings for the sip headers to "No Indication" and that didn't solve the problem. We are using enterprisevoip in the Netherlands as our service provider. FYI, the M9 phones come with a "busy tone"after dialling an outbound number...
